UX Audits
UX audits are my go-to technique for approaching existing products. I do this as a first step to identify and understand user problems in the context of an end-to-end journey.
I was inspired by Built For Mars to present UX audits in a simple, readable format that highlights UX mistakes and provides simple solutions. Doing it this way was a super fun way to wrap my head around a problem quickly and effectively.
